Megen Zelinka

Megen is the firm’s senior associate. Her practice mainly consists of providing consultations to families who are being investigated by child protection authorities. Megen has provided hundreds of these consultations over the last decade in all of the provinces and territories of Canada, excluding Quebec. She has spoken on legal panels and she is regularly contacted institutional clients and private schools for her advice on child protection.

Megen’s law degree is from Osgoode Hall Law School.  She also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and was educated at Wilfred Laurier University and Ave Maria College.
